Knitting

I love to create things with my hands. I think it goes nicely with writing, a predominantly mind-centered activity. I’ve spent way too much money on yarn and knitting books, but when I see a wonderful fiber blend or a book on Nordic sweater patterns, I cannot resist. Here’s a few of the things I’ve knitted.

Brioche Stitch Scarf – I learned a new stitch! This is complicated until you get the hang of it. And don’t dare mess up – it’s nearly impossible to repair.
